BROOMFIELD, COLO. – Silk’s line of non-dairy products has a new addition: Silk Extra Creamy Almondmilk.
The recipe for the latest Silk beverage features a blend of three types of almonds. The new, extra creamy version has no cholesterol. Per the USDA’s data, reduced fat milk (293mg of calcium per cup) doesn’t contain as much calcium as Silk Extra Creamy Almondmilk (450mg per cup).
Silk’s almond-based products include milks, coffee creamers and yogurt alternatives.
"We're thrilled to introduce Silk Extra Creamy Almondmilk to Silk's almond portfolio, just in time for the new year," said Derek Neeley, vice president of marketing for Silk. "Almond is a great way to start your plant-based journey.”
To go along with the launch of the new almondmilk, Silk announced a social media campaign that will give consumers a chance to win free Silk products through 2022.
