CHICO, CALIF. — Olive oil company California Olive Ranch is expanding into the marinades and sauces category with the introduction of four plant-based products.

The new products are available in four varieties:

  • Golden Thai: a savory citrus blend of lemongrass, coconut cream, ginger, garlic and turmeric.
  • Chile lime verde: a mix of picante green chiles with tomatillos, cilantro, garlic and lime.
  • Garlic Dijon and rosemary: a blend of roasted garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon, rosemary and thyme.
  • Teriyaki: a mix of sweet pear juice, blended with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and Korean gochugaru chile pepper.

The sauces are plant-based, and contain low sodium and low sugar levels, according to the company. All varieties are available direct-to-consumer at californiaoliveranch.com for a suggested retail price of $6.99 per bottle.
