BURLINGTON, VT. – Ben & Jerry's revealed its newest limited batch ice cream flavor is Cherry Crumble.

Created with fruit crisps, cobblers and crumbles in mind, the latest variety from the ice cream maker incorporates Bing cherries and swirls of crunchy oat crumble in a butter ice cream base.

"We were inspired by spring, fresh fruit and the memory of taking a fresh cherry crumble out of the oven," said Ben & Jerry’s flavor guru Colleen Rossell, who created the flavor. "With so many caramels, chocolates and peanut butter flavors available, this is a refreshing choice with the right amount of sweetness, fruit and rich indulgence. It's the perfect balance.”

The limited edition Cherry Crumble flavor is beginning to show up in freezer aisles across the country and has a suggested retail price of $5.49.
