KANSAS CITY — Citrus and tropical fruit flavors abound in new summertime sips and seasonings.
PepsiCo, Inc. has announced the return of Mtn Dew Typhoon, a tropical punch-flavored soft drink that has not been available in over a decade, according to the company. The beverage will be sold online at store.mountaindew.com for a limited time.
Icelandic skyr yogurt brand siggi’s is bringing back a popular flavor, orange ginger, for a limited time. Functional beverage brand Poppi is introducing a new summertime flavor, cherry limeade, created in response to a survey of its consumers. The carbonated soft drink is formulated with raw, unfiltered apple cider and fruit juice to promote digestion, immunity and other health benefits.
McCormick & Co. has partnered with actor and vegan foodie Tabitha Brown to launch a salt-free, Caribbean0-inspired seasoning blend. McCormick Sunshine Seasoning by Tabitha Brown includes Caribbean spices and herbs, allspice, thyme, turmeric, cayenne pepper, mango and pineapple.

Limited-time offerings launching from Waterloo Sparkling Water include a new passion fruit flavor and a returning summer berry flavor. All Waterloo sparkling waters are free of calories, sugar and sweeteners.
