CHICAGO — Rumi Spice, a brand of premium saffron and spices that are sustainably and ethically sourced from Afghanistan, is introducing a line of seasoned salts. The products are made with medium-flake sea salt and Afghan spices and may be used as finishing salts or seasonings.

Varieties include saffron salt, cumin salt, fennel salt and dill salt. The collection is available to purchase online at rumispice.com and Amazon.com and will roll out to Whole Foods Market stores this fall.
