LOS ANGELES — Chamberlain Coffee, a brand founded by YouTube celebrity Emma Chamberlain, has raised $7 million in Series A funding to support expansion and new product development.

Founded in 2019, Chamberlain Coffee markets a selection of sustainably sourced, organic coffee in single-serve bags, instant sticks, ground and whole bean options. Additional offerings include matcha, hot chocolate and chocolate covered espresso beans. Products are available online at chamberlaincoffee.com and Amazon.com, through digital delivery market Gopuff and in select retailers, including Erewhon and Sprouts Farmers Market. Additionally, the brand, described as a “modern, approachable and lighthearted take on the coffee industry,” has generated buzz through partnerships with Levi’s, Swoon, OffLimits Cereal and Nutpods.

“Chamberlain Coffee has grown exponentially since its inception, and this is only the beginning,” said Christopher Gallant, chief executive officer. “In finding a group of investors for the brand who believe in and share our vision, we know Chamberlain Coffee will reach new heights and become the go-to coffee brand of this generation.”

The 21-year-old social media starlet, previously considered by Time magazine as one of the top “most influential people on the internet,” said she created the brand out of her passion for coffee and “the community that surrounds it.”

“To be able to grow this business, launch new products and work in this space every day is a dream come true,” Ms. Chamberlain said. “I am so thankful that we have been able to grow Chamberlain Coffee into the brand I dreamed it to be, and I can’t wait for what the future holds.”

The funding round is led by Blazar Capital, with participation from Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek, Brandon Brown, Nik Sharma and Ken Sadowsky.
