PROVIDENCE, RI. — Woodstock Foods, a United Natural Foods, Inc. brand, is bringing consumers three new organic condiments.

Joining mayonnaises, mustards and barbecue sauces, Woodstock’s organic and non-GMO condiment line now includes sriracha aioli, lemon dill aioli and a burger sauce.

“The new burger sauce and aioli’s exemplify Woodstock’s ongoing mission to deliver delicious, better-for-you products made with high-quality ingredients,” said Amanda Helming, chief marketing officer for UNFI. “Adding three new sauces and spreads to Woodstock’s robust lineup of organic condiments gives consumers even more ways to add variety and of course, flavor, to their meals.”

The products are part of Woodstock’s effort to expand its organic condiment offerings beyond the traditional staples, including its jalapeño relish and recently released line of hot sauces.

Woodstock is looking to capitalize on the 18% growth in the condiment market since 2020, where organic-labeled products have outpaced the growth of non-organic products.
