OCEANSIDE, CALIF. — Olli Salumeria Americana LLC is adding a new salami and cheese pairing to its snack pack line.

The Pepperoni Mozzarella Snack Pack joins four other pairings in Olli’s line of high-protein, grab-and-go charcuterie, including Genoa & Fontina, Sopressata & Cheddar, Calabrese & Asiago and Prosciutto & Mozzarella.

“As part of our ongoing mission to bring the distinctive flavors of our slow-cured salami to consumers in the US, we’re always looking for new pairings and other ways to reach foodies, busy families and those looking for an authentic Italian experience,” said Oliviero Colmignoli, president of Olli. “With our latest Olli Snack Pack, we're pairing two of the most beloved, most classic charcuterie flavors — pepperoni and mozzarella — for the first time.”

Olli’s single-serving snack packs are made from all natural ingredients and pair slow-cured salami with high-quality cheeses. Each pack provides 13 grams of protein per pack and comes with crackers produced by La Panzanella Artisanal Foods Co., Seattle.

Along with its snack packs, the salami producer offers antipasto packs and a variety of pre-sliced salami.
