LOS ANGELES — Truff, a manufacturer of premium sauces and condiments made with blends of truffles and spices, is launching white truffle oil.

The product infuses white winter truffles with olive oil to create a finishing oil that is bright and decadent, according to the company. When compared to Truff’s black truffle oil, the white truffle oil features a lighter, more garlicky flavor that pairs well with seafood, white pizza, mashed potatoes and more.

The white truffle oil is available direct-to-consumer through the brand’s e-commerce website, on Amazon and in Whole Foods Market stores for $29 per 6-oz bottle. Availability will become more widespread in the coming months as the product expands into retailers nationwide, a spokesperson for Truff said.

In addition to truffle oil, the company offers Truff Mayonnaise in original and spicy varieties and Truff Pasta Sauce in Pomodoro and spicy Arrabbiata varieties. It debuted in 2017 with white truffle hot sauce, black truffle hot sauce and black truffle “hotter” sauce. Truff earlier this year partnered with Hidden Valley Ranch to release a limited-edition Spicy Truffle Ranch. The company also has teamed up with Taco Bell and Noodles & Co. to test new menu items featuring its black truffle blends.
