BURLINGTON, VT. — Ozan Dokmecioglu has resigned as chief executive officer of Keurig Dr Pepper due to violations of the company’s code of conduct. The company did not provide details of how Mr. Dokmecioglu violated the code. Bob Gamgort, former CEO, has been reappointed by the company’s board of directors. He also will continue as chairman of the board.

“Keurig Dr Pepper’s code of conduct is built on a foundation of ethics, integrity and personal responsibility,” said Paul S. Michaels, lead director of KDP’s board of directors. “Every employee, without exception, is accountable for knowing and following the code. Bob’s vision and leadership have driven KDP’s success as a modern beverage company to date, and the board is grateful for his willingness to return as CEO.”

Mr. Dokmecioglu’s time as CEO of KDP was short. He stepped into the role in July after serving as chief financial officer of the company. He replaced Mr. Gamgort.

The company did not indicate if Mr. Gamgort’s role as CEO is permanent or until a replacement is found.
