CHICAGO — Blue Bunny is expanding its line of miniature treats with the addition of its frozen Mini Bars.

The dairy desserts combine swirls of flavor with a cookie crunch coating to create a convenient, snack-sized bar. Initial flavors include vanilla caramel crunch, chocolate cookie crumble and strawberry shortcake.

“Following the success of Mini Swirls, we knew we wanted to grow our 'Mini' platform with a new product lineup that offered the same snackable indulgence as the cones,” said Jeremy Hrynewycz, brand marketing director for Blue Bunny. “We are proud to launch Mini Bars as a new way to bring joy to consumers' everyday lives with the perfect frozen treat that's mini in size, but mighty in crunch.”

The company also is launching a line of soft-serve ice cream inspired products, Soft scoopables, designed to provide soft and easily removable ice cream directly from the freezer. Blue Bunny’s scoopables are available in vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip and strawberry flavors.

The dessert maker also is adding salted caramel chocolate and mint chocolate flavors of Twist Cones, a line of ice cream cone-shaped frozen dairy treats with ribbons of fudge or caramel.
