HEERLEN, THE NETHERLANDS — DSM has created a toolkit for plant-based fermented products.

The Plant Power Toolkit includes four specifically designed starter cultures and five ready-to-use consumer concepts, which makes it easier for manufacturers to create the taste, texture and health they desire in their plant-based fermented products for consumers, according to the company.

The toolkit features enzymes, cultures, hydrocolloids, proteins, nutritional solutions and ready-to-use concepts to simplify the stages of application design for food manufacturers.
