LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ. — iTi Tropicals has launched frozen filtered coconut water concentrate.
The concentrate is a microfiltered, 60 brix frozen product and features additional micro and organoleptic attributes, according to the company.
The company uses an extra filtration step in its production process for the filtered frozen coconut water concentrate to help formulate a product with low micro load while remaining alicyclobacillus free, according to the company. The company said the clarity of the product is a result from the additional filtration process.
The concentrate may be used in applications to enhance clarity in beverages among others.
