Flavorchem is tapping into that trend with its Bloom collection. The collection was inspired by florals, herbs and spices and adaptogens.
Bloom features six nature-inspired botanical flavors for flavor solutions in food and beverage applications, according to Flavorchem.
Flavors include cranberry ginger, grapefruit bergamot, lychee rose, peach lavender, pear elderflower and watermelon mint.
