MIRAMAR, FLA. — Funtrition, a gummy contract manufacturer, has opened its second facility in Miramar.
The 62,000-square-foot facility will enable the company to produce approximately 300 tons per month, according to the company.
Features include manufacturing, development, packaging and warehouse capabilities.
The company’s first facility is located in Colombia and features manufacturing, packaging, bottling, warehouse, R&D and an inspiration center.
With the facility, the company will employ approximately 50 new employees.
Its current product line includes gummy gels, gelatin gummies, pec-g pectin gummies, agar-g agar gummies, gummie x mixed matrix gummy, fill-g gummy-filled technology, air-g aerated gummies and layer-g layered gummies.
