ADDISON, ILL. — Brookside Flavors C Ingredients LLC has named Sarah Staley as its new chief executive officer, effective June 12. Staley succeeds Rudy Dieperink, who has been CEO since October 2020. Dieperink will transition to an operating adviser at Brookside Equity Partners and will continue to support the company’s MCA strategy, according to the company.
Staley joins the company from Grande Cheese’s Custom Ingredients Group. She previously worked for such companies as FrieslandCampina and Kerry Group.
Staley received a bachelor of science degree in industrial biochemistry from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and a diploma in management practices from the Irish Management Institute.
Before his tenure with Brookside, Dieperink was most recently president and CEO, North America for FrieslandCampina Ingredients.
He also has held leadership positions at Ottens Flavors and Quest International.
