EVANSTON, ILL. — Every Body Eat, founded in 2020 by Trish Thomas and Nichole Wilson, has added grain-free crispbread crackers to its cracker line. The crispbread crackers are free-from the top 14 allergens and corn and also are gluten-free, grain-free, vegan and Non-GMO.
Flavors include sea salt, white pepper garlic and cranberry. Its product line also includes snack thins in flavors cheese-less, sea salt chia, fiery chile lime and chive and garlic.
The cracker maker recently moved to a 20,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Evanston, Ill., due to growing demand for its products.
Every Body Eat is launching the crispbread crackers at Whole Foods Market in the Midwest.
