Food Entrepreneur AUSTIN, TEXAS  — Amia, Bala Enzyme, Foraged & Found, Kif & Co., Long Table, Modica, Peace Love Hormones, and The Bloody Buddy are the cohorts joining SKU’s Fall ’24 Track. SKU’s 12 week program, which begins Sept. 4, will provide brands with resources to scale businesses.

Companies will learn SKU’s curriculum ranging from operations, channel strategy, innovation, brand position, online, supply chain and fundraising and apply it to businesses. Mentors also will guide companies through the curriculum.

Once companies complete the curriculum, the program ends with a Showcase Pitch event on Nov. 19 in Austin, Texas.
