SHANDONG, CHINA – Howtian has launched SoPure Dorado, an unrefined gold stevia extract. Howtian’s SoPure Dorado may offer a naturally high concentration of sweet molecules called steviol glycoside compounds of the stevia leaves, according to the company.
The company said the product may be used in such applications as tabletop sweeteners, liquid sweeteners, low glycemic index sugar blends, sweetener portion packs, syrups and sauces.
