SAN DIEGO – Asian condiment brand Wynn’s Kitchen has launched its Lemongrass Marinade and Stir-Fry Sauce. The sauce joins the company’s peanut sauce, sate Asian chili sauce and spice mix lineup.

Wynn’s Kitchen was founded by Wynn Austin to provide consumers with better-for-you Asian-based condiments.

The lemongrass sauce launch was a part of the company’s crowdfunding round, which opened in January.

Through the crowdfunding round, consumers were able to purchase a starter kit or pre-order the lemongrass sauce, which helped the company in its R&D process.

The lemongrass marinade and stir-fry sauce features bright, citrus and aromatic flavors and is free-from added sugars, artificial preservatives, gluten and soy, according to the company.

“Lemongrass has always held a special place in my heart,” Austin said. “Its vibrant flavor is a staple in Vietnamese cooking, and I’ve always dreamed of making it accessible to everyone in a healthy, easy-to-use form. From lemongrass pork to tofu, this marinade is my invitation for you to explore and enjoy the wonders of Vietnamese cuisine at home.”

The lemongrass sauce will be available online at the company’s website and select retailers nationwide.
