CARSON CITY, NEVADA — Stellar Snacks is debuting grain-free pretzel thins. Three flavors will be available, including bruschetta, truffle pesto and sea salt.

The vegan snacks are certified by the American Heart Association as a heart-healthy snack, according to the company.

The pretzels are formulated with such ingredients as cassava and chickpea flour, hemp and pea protein, mushrooms and avocado oil.
