PETALUMA, CALIF. — Amy’s Kitchen is growing its frozen breakfast line. Each product replaces egg with tofu, according to the company, and is free from meat, seafood and peanuts.
New product offerings include California scramble, Mexican scramble, tofu scramble, gluten-free tofu scramble wrap, ranchero burrito and scramble wrap.

Products are available in the retail frozen foods section with prices ranging from $3.99 to $6.69.
