BALTIMORE — Fuchs North America has introduced a Sensational Soups and Stews Collection. The limited-edition line of seasoning blends offers three seasonings for soups and stews applications.
The three seasonings come in such flavors as Afghan pumpkin soup seasoning, tamarind chili mix and gingered carrot blend.
“The seasonings and recipes featured in this collection embrace some of the most prolific trends right now,” said Shannon Cushen, director of marketing at Fuchs. “Including nostalgia and international inspirations, while also featuring emerging ingredients and flavors.”
The Afghan pumpkin soup seasoning features savory flavors that complement the sweetness of the pumpkin puree base and a hint of spicy heat, according to the company.
Fuchs said its tamarind chili mix is paired with its traditional red chili recipe with the tangy sweetness of tamarind.
The gingered carrot blend is an autumn-inspired soup that features molasses, honey, ginger and cinnamon.
