Food Entrepreneur AUSTIN, TEXAS — Naturally Network has selected its Minority-Owned Fellowship 2024-2025 to join its 16-week program to build businesses, train entrepreneurs, work with industry leaders and experts and work with natural and organic businesses.

The program, which is sponsored by NIQ and in partnership with The Angel Group and UNFI, has chosen 16 emerging startups across the food, beverage, skin care and healthcare sectors.

This year’s fellowship includes:

  • Bake Me Healthy, founded by Kimberle Lau, offers plant-based baking mixes. 
  • Bejou, founded by Carolina Lopez, a skin care company for consumers with asthma, allergies and sensitive skin. 
  • Cactus Foods, founded by Diana Ibarra Gonzalez, offers better-for-you tortilla chips formulated from non-GMO corn, cactus, spinach and flaxseed.
  • Edggies veggies, founded by Veronica M Panzardi, are air-dried vegetable sprinkles. 
  • Forca Foods, founded by Guilherme Maia Silva, creates watermelon seed milk. 
  • Gourmais, founded by Stephanie Chui, offers polenta crisps. 
  • Kokari Coconuts and Co., founded by Ebun Feludu, offers coconut oil and coconut-based products. 
  • Koshna, founded by Dharti Jadav, is a spice company. 
  • Melati Drinks, founded by Lorin Winata, a non-alcoholic, botanical spirit company. 
  • Norbor Beauty, founded by Joel Carter, is a haircare company. 
  • Pastazerts, founded by Stephanie Berwick, offers chocolate ravioli bites. 
  • Pink Salt, founded by Palita Sriratana, is a Thai sauce company. 
  • Projo, founded by Charbel Mawad, is a coffee mixture formulated with protein and collagen. 
  • Senor Mango, founded by Daniela Wong, offers dried kent mangos. 
  • Sibahle Teas, founded by Regina Brewton-Smith, a tea company offering African teas. 
  • The Spice Theory, founded by Corrie Amos, are Caribbean, vegan, low-sodium spice blends.
