Food Entrepreneur SANTA CRUZ, CALIF. — On the heels of launching its gluten-free macaroni and cheese products in February, Goodles, a better-for-you pasta maker, has launched a gluten-free pasta line. The lineup come in such shapes as loopdy-loos, lucky penne and twistful thinking.

Products in the gluten-free line retail for $3.99 and contains 8 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per serving. The products are formulated from corn, brown rice and chickpeas among other plant-based ingredients.

Goodles said it designed the clean label, gluten-free line to have a low-glycemic index.

Consumers may find the gluten-free pasta on the company’s website, Amazon and in-store at Target.
