LOS ANGELES — Axiom Foods, a supplier of rice, pea proteins and other plant-based ingredients, has formulated a new pea protein called Pea Protein Vegotein N.

Axiom Foods said it will be producing the pea protein in North America and also said its product will make pea protein options soy and gluten-free and non-GMO.
