ADDISON, TEXAS — Nothing Bundt Cakes has named Joel Larkin chief development officer.

In his new role, Larkin will help the company open its 1,000^th bakery by 2027. He also will be responsible for identifying and supporting new franchise partners while “enhancing resources” for existing partners, Nothing Bundt Cakes said.

Larkin brings more than two decades of franchise development and operations expertise to Nothing Bundt Cakes. He was previously chief franchise and development officer at European Wax Center, where he oversaw its expansion to more than 1,000 locations. Larkin also held senior leadership roles at Victra and Select Communications.
