WILMINGTON, NC. — FedUp Foods, a private label, independently owned fermented beverage manufacturer, has launched a private label cold-brew coffee line.
The company said it uses precision brewing to produce its cold-brew coffee.
The cold-brew coffee is offered in two varieties — a medium roast and a dark roast — and features optional adaptogens, including lion’s mane and L-theanine that may offer functional benefits to elevate the coffee experience, said Rupert Brink, research and development food scientist at FedUp Foods.
“Our proprietary brewing approach is crafted with rigorous quality standards to create a cold brew that is rich in flavor, smooth on the palate and accessible to a broad range of coffee drinkers,” Brink said. “This process has allowed us to deliver a complex, balanced and enjoyable experience, offering bold taste without bitterness.”
The company’s cold brew, which is available in 48-oz multi-serve bottles, also is made with certified organic and regenerative organic certified Arabica beans, according to the company.
“We’ve always believed that innovation can go hand in hand with sustainability,” said Jeannine Buscher, executive vice president of innovation and co-founder of FedUp Foods. “This cold brew is a perfect example of that ethos — it’s crafted with care, using regenerative ingredients, while delivering a superior taste that we know our customers will love. It’s coffee done the right way, with attention to the health of the soil, the well-being of the farmers harvesting the beans, and every step of the process in between.”Enjoying this content?
