AUSTIN, MINN. — Hormel Ingredient Solutions has produced a line of individually quick frozen, diced, fully cooked meats for food manufacturers.
The line offers such meats as turkey, chicken, ham, pepperoni, salami, beef and Canadian bacon in diced, cubed and Julienne cuts.
The line may be used in such applications as frozen meals, entrees and appetizers, breakfast occasions, as well as soups and sauces.
