CLEVELAND — Mugsy Bakes, co-founded by Nina Dvorak Lawless and Devon Climer, has launched its line of single-serve mug cake mixes that are free from dairy and gluten.

The mug cake mixes have been designed for convenience and only need an egg, milk and or oil and a microwave, the company said. To prepare, consumers mix together the ingredients and put the product in the microwave and it’s ready in under two minutes.
