BURLINGTON, MASS. — Keurig Dr Pepper has unveiled changes to its executive leadership team. Eric Gorli has been promoted from chief commercial officer to president, US refreshment beverages. He succeeds Andrew Archambault, current president, US refreshment beverages for KDP, who is departing the company on Jan. 31. Archambault is joining The Hershey Co. as president, US confection, effective Feb. 3.
Gorli will oversee the company’s liquid refreshment business ranging from carbonated soft beverages, still beverages and energy beverages.
Gorli joined KDP in 2015 and has helped with the company’s commercialization efforts across enterprise, developing KDP’s pricing, promotional and growth strategies. He also was with The Coca-Cola Co. for nearly two decades in its bottling operations and Coca-Cola North America.
Sean Cronican is expanding his role of chief customer officer to oversee all customer-facing relationships in the United States, ranging from large format and national retail sales to small format and foodservice solutions.
Cronican joined the company in April 2016 as senior vice president of US retail. He was later promoted to senior vice president of partners and store brands. Prior to KDP, Cronican was with Abbott Nutrition for approximately 18 years holding several director of sales positions.
Drew Panayiotou, who joined the company in November 2024 as chief marketing officer, is expanding his role that currently oversees enterprise marketing services and marketing for the US refreshment business, to now include also overseeing marketing for the company’s US coffee business.
Before KDP, Panayiotou most recently was global chief marketing officer at Pfizer.
Justin Whitmore has been promoted from chief strategy officer to the company’s newly created role of president, KDP energy. In his new role he will oversee the company’s energy brand portfolio. Whitmore will lead the unit’s marketing, sales, operations and integration.
Prior to joining KDP in March 2021, Whitmore was with Tyson Foods as executive vice president. He also was chief strategy and sustainability officer for Tyson Foods.
