VISTA, CALIF.  — M2 Ingredients, a supplier of organic mushroom powders, has opened a 155,000-square-foot facility in Vista, Calif.  The company said the facility will allow it to grow more mushroom varieties and has a larger storage capacity.

With the facility, the company said it will add its regenerative certified organic stock-keeping units (SKUs) to its line that will launch in March.
