CAMPBELL, CALIF.  — Centric Software, a provider of artificial intelligence (AI) enabled product concept to replenishment platform for retailers, brands and manufacturers and a subsidiary of Dassault Systemes, has agreed to acquire Contentserv, a provider of product information management and product experience management solutions, for approximately $230.6 million (€220 million.)

Contentserv, founded in Germany in 2000, helps consumer goods companies to create and manage product content using AI. Contentserv also may help retailers, brands and manufacturers execute strategies.
