PHOENIX — The Ethisphere Institute has named CHS Inc., Grupo Bimbo de CV, Ingredion Inc. and Kellanova as 4 of the 136 companies that have excelled in ethical business practices throughout 2025.

For the past 19 years, Ethisphere has put together a list of companies from around the world that prioritize ethical business practices and engage in long-term work to build trust among consumers, investors and employees. For the list=making process, Ethisphere utilizes a proprietary Ethics Quotient questionnaire, which uses 240 questions to assess a company’s ethics and compliance program, culture of ethics, governance practices, environmental and social impact, and initiatives that support a strong value chain.

Farming company CHS Inc., Inver Grove Heights, Minn., is a first-time honoree.

Mexico City-based food manufacturer Bimbo made the list for the ninth year in a row.

“This recognition reaffirms Grupo Bimbo's commitment to ethics integrity, and transparency, as well as our global public commitments,” said Ignacio Stepancic, global compliance director at Grupo Bimbo. “It motivates us to continue strengthening our ethical culture and responsibly monitoring our company's performance. Ingredion Inc., Westchester, Ill., is on the list for 11th year in a row.
