MEMPHIS, TENN. — Monogram Foods has named Jeff Frank as its new chief executive officer, effective April 28.

Frank succeeds Karl Schledwitz, co-founder and outgoing CEO of Monogram Foods. Schledwitz has led the company since 2004 and will now become its chairman.

“Jeff was the unanimous choice of our board and executive team,” Schledwitz said. “We conducted a national search and were fortunate to have some excellent candidates. Based on Jeff’s natural leadership skills, ability to execute on plans, and his track record in driving growth, he was the clear choice to ensure a successful future for Monogram Foods, its people, and its customers.”

Frank joins the company from Organic Valley where he most recently was CEO. Prior to Organic Valley, Frank was group vice president at Hormel Foods.
