KANSAS CITY — Aramark Sports + Entertainment is debuting a slate of new food and beverage options at Major League Baseball (MLB) stadiums ahead of MLB’s Opening Day on March 27.
The Aramark business unit will be offering original menu additions across eight MLB partner stadiums, including the stadiums for the New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, Colorado Rockies, Houston Astros, Kansas City Royals, Boston Red Sox, San Francisco Giants and Pittsburgh Pirates.
The additions are centered around restaurant and foodservice collaborations, updated takes on traditional ballpark foods, indulgent desserts and unique drinks, according to the company.
“As the guest experience is our top priority, this past offseason we took a deep dive into analyzing consumer purchasing behaviors to ensure we have the best idea of what our fans want,” said Alison Birdwell, president and chief executive officer of Aramark Sports + Entertainment. “Based on the insights we found, we created innovative menu offerings that cater to our fans while also introducing fresh, exciting and dynamic flavors.”
