ALSIP,  ILL. — Griffith Foods has hired Stephen Giunta as director of culinary, North America.

Prior to joining Griffith Foods, Guinta most recently was culinary director for Cargill’s protein group. Earlier, he was manager for Cargill’s culinary innovation business unit.

He has held culinary leadership positions for companies including Kerry Ingredients.

Giunta also was a personal chef to President Ronald Regan at the White House, according to Griffith Foods.
