LOS ANGELES — Two Spoons Creamery is debuting a high-protein ice cream. The zero-added sugar ice cream is available in four flavors: rocky road, strawberries and cream, caramel swirl and fudgy brownie.
The gluten-free ice cream offers 30 grams of protein.
The ice cream is GLP-1 compatible, according to the company, and is sweetened with allulose.
“We’re bringing back nostalgic American classics made better,” said Gabe Zichermann, co-founder. “We grew up loving ice cream but want a healthier option without compromise.”
The ice creams may be purchased at twospoons.com.
