CRANBURY, NJ.  — Innophos expanded its Levair portfolio with the addition of Levair Egg Replace, a solution for commercial bakeries.

Innophos said the egg replacement was intended for full or partial egg replacement of egg yolks and dried whole eggs.

Applications the product may be used in include cakes, donuts, muffins and sponge cakes.
