ROBESONIA, PA. — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) has appointed Susan Mitchell as director of human resources.

Prior to joining RBS, Mitchell held HR leadership roles at several other organizations including plumbing and electrical company Haller Enterprises, environmental services company Montrose Environmental Group, Inc., and automation machinery manufacturer Emerson Automation Solutions.

Mitchell has received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish from Juniata College and a master of business administration degree from Saint Francis University.

Mitchell will succeed previous RBS director of human resources Roseann Reinhold, who is set to retire.
