CHICAGO — The board of directors of Kellanova has named John Renwick as acting senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). He takes the place of Amit Banati, who resigned May 9 to become CFO at Kenvue, Inc., a consumer health company.
Renwick has been vice president of investor relations and corporate planning at Kellanova (and formerly Kellogg Co.) since 2016. Earlier, he was vice president, finance and CFO, US Snacks from 2013-16, and before that worked in a variety of international finance roles as well as sales finance, investor relations and planning roles in the United States. Prior to joining Kellogg Co. he was vice president of equity research at Morgan Stanley from 1993 to 2000. He also worked as an assistant vice president of middle market banking at Chemical Bank.
