CONCORD, NC. — Custom Flavors, a manufacturer of liquid and powdered flavor solutions, is renovating its Concord processing facility that it recently purchased. When completed, the company said the project will double its production capacity, streamline freight shipping and strengthen product development support.
The project will include renovating the facility’s 53,000 square feet of space that includes processing areas, laboratories, a test kitchen and office spaces.
The company also plans to build additional labs that include a research and development flavor lab, a pilot lab, a quality control lab and two applications labs.
