BROOKLYN, NY — Frozen pizza manufacturer Di Fara Pizzeria has unveiled a new product innovation: vodka sauce pizza. The pizza features San Marzano tomatoes, a proprietary cheese blend and dough that is topped with a vodka sauce.
“We’re always looking for ways to share a true slice of Brooklyn with more people—without compromising the quality we’re known for,” said Margaret DeMarco, co-owner of Di Fara. “This is the first time anyone’s put vodka sauce on a frozen pizza at this level. It’s a little rebellious, a little nostalgic, and 100% Di Fara.”
Di Fara vodka sauce pizza is available in select retailers and online.
