PHOENIX — Marubeni Corp. through its US subsidiary Marubeni America Corp., New York, has acquired Bubbies Ice Cream, a maker of mochi ice cream. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Bubbies will continue to operate its manufacturing facilities and operations in Phoenix.
