Tucson, Ariz.-based Gum Technology Corp. has named Joshua Brooks president. Mr. Brooks previously was the company’s vice-president of sales and marketing as well as general manager.

In other appointments, Aida Prenzno was promoted to vice-president of technology, placing her in charge of research and development and quality control. Ms. Prenzno’s previous role was as laboratory director.

The company also welcomed a new chief financial officer, Patricia “Tish” O’Callaghan.
