Ingredion, Inc., Westchester, Ill., has published a new fact sheet entitled “Non-G.M.O. Ingredients — Move to the forefront of the non-G.M.O. trend with Ingredion.”

The publication highlights the company’s portfolio on non-bioengineered ingredients for the food and beverage industry, including:  sweeteners (Reb A stevia, glucose, dextrose, maltodextrin, HFCS and polyols); texturizers (cook-up and instant starches from maize, tapioca, potato, rice and sago) and nutritional ingredients (a range of fibers, minerals and whole grain).

The backbone of the company’s non-G.M.O. programs is its TRUETRACE process and enrollment in the Non-GMO Project verification system.
