Hands-on presentations, chef demos showcasing the synergistic effects in flavors and addressing customers’ food safety and clean labeling requirements will be the focus at the 97th Annual Convention of the National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (N.A.F.F.S.). The Neptune, N.J.-based organization will hold the convention Oct. 23-26 at Longboat Key, Fla.

The two-day seminar program will feature presentations by several industry leaders on flavor and ingredients industry topics, including: labeling; “intended use” restrictions; F.S.M.A. and global standards.
