St. Francis, Wis.-based Wixon has introduced new menu solutions for the food service market. Crafted by the company’s food service group, the concepts were developed in its Innovation Center and from globally-sourced ingredients.

The company was scheduled to showcase several of its signature flavor systems at The Flavor Experience Aug. 4-7. These offerings were to highlight its Mediterranean Medley Blend, Summer Sunrise Garden Blend and Zesty Chili Verde Blend, as well as its innovative seasonings at its pickling bar:  Classic Garlic Kosher Dill Pickles; Smoked Pickles and Spicy Jerk-Style Pickles.
