KANSAS CITY — Fall flavors are the frontrunners in recent innovation, with pumpkin products leading the pack.

Mondelez is helping consumers savor the seasonal spice with its new belVita Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Biscuits. These morning time morsels are oat biscuits featuring a blend of pumpkin and cinnamon flavors.

Pumpkin prevails in Hostess Brands L.L.C.’s new products as well. Hostess’s new Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes are cream cheese-frosted pumpkin spice cakes with crème filling and sprinkles shaped like Fall leaves. Pumpkin Spice and Maple Glazed Donettes also are joining the lineup.

Barbara’s Bakery is harnessing the favorite fall flavor with its new Pumpkin Puffins. The crunchy, pillow-shaped puff cereal is lightly sweetened with pumpkin and contains no artificial ingredients, hydrogenated oils, high-fructose corn syrup or preservatives. The cereal is gluten-free, vegan, and Non-G.M.O. Project Verified.

Pumpkin and pecans pair up in Community Coffee Co.’s autumnal offering. The company’s new seasonal coffee flavor, Pumpkin Praline, is made with 100% select Arabica beans. The coffee comes in ground bags and single-serve cups.
