BETHLEHEM, PA. — Randall Copeland, previously vice-president of operations at Manischewitz Co., has joined Just Born Quality Confections, the Bethlehem-based maker of Peeps, Hot Tamales and Mike and Ike candies, where he will serve in the same role.

As vice-president of operations at Just Born, Mr. Copeland will oversee the development and implementation of short- and long-term operations plans to help the company achieve its 2016 goals and milestones. He will report to David Yale, the company’s president and chief operating officer.

“Based on his wealth of experience, Randall will apply significant in-depth supply chain knowledge and bring a track record of success to his role of vice-president of operations at Just Born,” Mr. Yale said.

Mr. Copeland has more than 30 years of experience in operations, logistics and senior management with leading food companies, including the Campbell Soup Co. He has a master’s degree in agricultural economics from the University of Georgia.
